Content on this site, including our Health Tips articles, is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace seeing a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified health worker. Always seek professional advice for your own situation.
2. Prescription-only medicines
Items marked as prescription-only (Rx) are supplied only after a pharmacist reviews a valid prescription from a registered prescriber. You upload the prescription at checkout. The pharmacist may contact you with questions and may refuse to supply an item where it is not safe, not lawful, or not appropriate. Controlled drugs are not sold through this website.
3. Orders and availability
When you place an order, we confirm it by WhatsApp or phone before preparing it. Stock shown on the site can change; if an item is unavailable we will offer an alternative or a refund. The pharmacist may suggest a suitable generic equivalent, but only with your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS) and can change without notice. Payment is by Mobile Money or card through our secure checkout, processed by Hubtel, or as agreed when we confirm your order. We never ask for your MoMo PIN on the website.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup are described on our Delivery and Pickup page. Delivery times and fees are confirmed with you before dispatch.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login private. Please tell us quickly if you think someone else is using your account.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site: no fraud, no attempts to break into the site, and no uploading false prescriptions. We can cancel orders and close accounts where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
8. Liability
We work hard to keep information on the site accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Ghanaian law, including the laws that regulate pharmacies and medicines.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
