- Order details: the items you buy and your order history.
- Prescription information: photos or scans of prescriptions you upload, and related health information you share with the pharmacist.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner (Hubtel) or by Mobile Money. We do not see or store your MoMo PIN.
- Technical information: basic device and browser data and cookies that keep the site working (for example, keeping your cart).
How we use it
- To prepare, dispense and deliver your orders.
- For a pharmacist to review prescriptions and medicine orders for safety.
- To contact you about your order, including on WhatsApp.
- To keep the records Ghanaian pharmacy law requires of us.
- To improve the site and our services.
Who we share it with
- Our delivery team or rider, only what they need to deliver.
- Our payment processor (Hubtel), to complete your payment.
- Regulators such as the Pharmacy Council of Ghana, where the law requires.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How we protect it
Prescription uploads and order records are stored securely and seen only by the pharmacist and staff who need them to serve you. Our site uses secure (HTTPS) connections.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Some pharmacy records must be kept by law for a set period.
