You can shop on this site or by WhatsApp and choose home delivery or pickup from the pharmacy.
How it works
- Place your order on the website, or send your list to us on WhatsApp (0201 193 530).
- We confirm your order, the total, and your delivery or pickup arrangement by WhatsApp or phone.
- If your order includes a prescription-only item, we first need your valid prescription, reviewed by our pharmacist.
Delivery
- We deliver within Accra. For areas farther away, message us and we will confirm what is possible.
- The delivery fee and expected delivery time are confirmed with you before we dispatch. There are no hidden charges.
- Please give a phone number that we can reach, so the rider can find you.
- Someone can receive the order for you if you let us know.

You can pick up your order from the shop during opening hours:

Bring your order number or the phone number you ordered with. If someone else is picking up for you, tell us their name in advance.
Medicines that need special care
Some medicines need careful handling, such as items that must stay cool. We may recommend pickup for these, or arrange delivery in a way that keeps them safe.
